RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We at Anayra Impex (OPC) Private Limited value our customers and aim to provide products of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of food and consumable products, our return and refund policies are designed to maintain hygiene and safety standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • You have received an incorrect or damaged product.

  • The product delivered is past its expiry date.

  • The packaging is tampered with or defective.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at anayraimpexpvtltd0019@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, product details, and a clear photo of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used food products.

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods.

  • Clearance or promotional items.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

If your payment was made through cash-on-delivery, a bank transfer may be arranged upon verification.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of incorrect or damaged products, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. The replacement will be processed immediately after the returned product is received.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item Delivery

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or full refund based on the situation.
